This year's Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 27th October at the Kingston Hotel in Richmond.
At the meeting we heard from our outgoing Chairman, Mr John Kilgour, who shared his thoughts and insights on his time as Chair over the past 5 years and his ongoing commitment to the Taverners as a member. John has been a great ambassador for the Taverners both in Victoria and nationally and has overseen some significant work from the committee in relation to strategic planning and development.
The Victorian Committee is very grateful for John's commitment, input and involvement and we wish John much success as he steps away from the committee to concentrate on his various professional and personal commitments outside of the Taverners.
At the meeting we welcomed out new Chairman, Mr Gareth Andrews, who was elected to the Committee and into the role of Chair. We wish Gareth much success in the new role and along with President Mr Tony Dodemaide, look forward to what opportunities present for the Taverners in Victoria.
Through the AGM we also welcomed a new committee member to the fold, with Mr Rodney Hogg coming on board.
